By JoanPatrick is a member of Toamasina English Club a group we had the chance to make contact with thanks to our partnership with Spotlight Madagascar (http://spotlightmadagascar.org/). You can find more about their project in Toamasina region on Lindsay’s Redifer (who has nothing to do with us meeting the Spotlight girls but we discovered on the way that they were already close friends!!) article : American have a blod vision of Madagascar. We’ve already mentioned the utility to bring more attention to Toamasina region which is the richest economically but has very few media coverage. Spotlight will start their educational program later this year and FOKO of course will be there supporting them with their English Center !

Tamatave is becoming the economic capital of Madagascar. And as we knew that it’s still the second town here in Madagascar, nowaday Tamatave is getting green and clean town.
I’m also very glad to let all of you known that English club is exist at University of Tamatave, is the place where the students at University can develop their knowledge about English. Now I’m the first responsable of it, I mean I lead the members around 50 persons. More information you may reask me.
